Hello. My name is Star, and I have loved Hakuno Kishinami and the Fate/EXTRA series for 10+ years. I like to think of myself as a walking Fate/EXTRA dictionary, lol. My favorite Servant is the King of Heroes, Gilgamesh. (I have..his merch—my oshi. ) I have various types of interest but my socials will basically tell you what I like.
Roleplaying Experience: It's been long enough. I'm new to Dreamwidth and still getting around to figuring things out. I started off on forums, then moved to Tumblr, Twitter, Discord, and now here.
Writing Style: My main writing style is humorous, and I like to exaggerate my characters' monologues and inner thoughts a lot. However, I do have my fair share of serious scenes, action scenes, sex, and angst. I can write pretty much anything, but I prefer comedy writing more than anything.
I also love writing romance since I'm an avid Shoujo/Manhwa reader. I want to scratch my itch.

Personality:
Extroverted and active. Perhaps due to her lack of a discernible identity, Hakuno is always more interested in what's outside, other people. She may not be aware of it, but she generally likes people. So much so that even when she didn't know who she was, she never averted her eyes from the troubles of others.
She tends to think deeply, never panicking in the face of trouble and only acts after she knows what to do. When she acts after making a decision, she’s quick, steadfast, and bold.
People may view her as an indifferent and apathetic girl (although her perceived coldness comes solely from her curtness), but on the inside, she's a hot-blooded girl, gallant in her words and actions. She hates excesses and is merciless in her pursuit of the truth. Although she lacks interpersonal tact, she is very persevering.
There are no unusual speech quirks for a girl in her late teens. Her diction is collected, unemotional, objective, and never flippant. She has a solid sense of self but is untalkative because she doesn’t bother with self-expression. She loves to hear others talk but is awful at indicating she’s paying attention.
A hard worker who does not like to sit still. She believes that there isn't anything she couldn't get without hard work. Hakuno has no interest in romance and is relatively dense in that area, but she is not so dense in knowing the affection people give her. Towards her Servants, Hakuno cares deeply for them and only wishes them to be happy and feels indebted as they helped a nobody like Hakuno Kishinami. She's especially weak towards Nero and Sakura/BB.
She is also a sincere person who doesn't have many secrets. Many of her Servants told her that she would have no Secret Garden because Hakuno Kishinami had no secrets to hide. This is either due to their personality or their lack of memories.
“Who am I? What was I doing before this? I wish to know, I don’t want to die, I don’t want to die.”
At the beginning of Fate/EXTRA, Hakuno was at a loss for who she was and what she was supposed to do. She had no memories or sense of self; she only knew that her name was Hakuno Kishinami. Believing that it was a bug within the system, Hakuno was forced to fight in the Holy Grail War to see if she could remember anything about herself and the reason for joining this battle royale in the moonlit sea.
Hakuno's resolve to fight is lacking because she doesn't know what she wishes to accomplish. The Grail is won by individual motivation, but she lacks the core motivation to claim it. That makes for a significant handicap without the drive to win: she is the weakest Master and Wizard in the Holy Grail War.
Yet despite that weakness and no goal, Hakuno steeled herself to enter the battles with the assurance of her Servant's words. She didn't want to die. She didn't want to give up. She wanted to know who she was before and what type of wish she wanted granted by the Holy Grail.
Simply too kind for her good. Best described as a fool yet a stubborn one to boot. Despite defeating Masters, who was much more talented than her, had more noble goals than her, and had more resolve than her, Hakuno could not help but cry and feel sorrow that she defeated such a person for her survival.
However, her allies and enemies repeatedly assured her that it was okay, that she shouldn't let their deaths become meaningless, and that she would now carry on their wishes, remember them, and move on to victory. She must never deny the results, for that is what it means to have resolve.
Making up her mind and steeling her resolve, Hakuno slowly became braver, determined, and confident in her actions and reasoning. Her desire to live was stronger than anyone else's. Was she a disgraceful person? Yes. She wasn't a messiah, and she wasn't perfect, but her desire and will to never give up allowed her to prevail in all of her battles.
She is aware that she isn't anybody grand. She's simply an average person that didn't want to die. It was okay for her to cry. It was OK for her to be scared. It was alright for her to feel a sense of fear.
But it was not okay for her to give up. If she gave up, all the lives lost before her would become meaningless, and she refused to let that happen; thus, she continues not to give up.
After winning the Holy Grail War, Hakuno matured greatly as a person and Master. Her core personality did not change, but she became more serious. She demonstrated level-headed calm in most situations, so it became more of a kingly attitude as Hakuno Kishinami became the new "King" of the Moon Cell.
She has long, wavy brown hair and eyes and wears the standard female school uniform of Tsukumihara Academy. Beneath her Female school uniform, she wears a black turtleneck and black pantyhose. Hakuno has fair skin and a thin figure. She's also quite active and fit and prefers to move around. Later down in the far future, she would often hit the gym.
Rin Tohsaka first thought Hakuno to be an NPC because Hakuno looked too plain to be an actual person.
"You're too bland to be anything but an NPC!!"
Hakuno was designed with the idea that she would be about the third most attractive in their class.
However, many players pointed out that, with the female protagonist ( Hakuno ) being as cute as she is, her class would have to be pretty high-level regarding student appearances.
Hakuno Kishinami doesn't have many different outfits to choose from. She wears the standard Tsukimihara School Uniform—a classic sailor school uniform—a gym suit, just P.E. clothes, a school swimsuit, a formal Mystic Wear dress, and a military outfit.
Ironically enough, Hakuno says that she likes school uniforms and doesn't mind wearing them, even though she never went to school.
At the beginning of Fate/EXTRA, Hakuno was a blank slate and often had a lost and expressionless face, which caused others to overlook her and believe she was just one of many in the mass of talented Masters and Hackers. However, throughout the game, Hakuno slowly becomes more expressive and alive, which makes her stand out more.
Still, she is quiet by nature and doesn't change her expression often.
However, many people noted that they enjoyed seeing Hakuno smile, as that look suited her well.
Hakuno often has a rather stoic expression when alone; thus, her nature as an NPC overpowers her presence. After all, she is a standard silent protagonist before gaining a voice actor.
A young woman by the name of Hakuno Kishinami. She is a weakling, a nobody, yet her will to live strives stronger than anybody else. She did not pass the Holy Grail War prelim rounds out of skill but out of sheer luck, no, a miracle. Her skills as a Wizard are zero to none; it is only when she continued to win every round that her skills improved with the advice of her Servants.
Awaken with no memories of her former self, the only question that lingers in her mind is, “Who am I? What was I doing before this? I wish to know, I don’t want to die, I don’t want to die.” At first, everybody assumed something was wrong with the programming of the Moon Cell, considering that Hakuno was the last one to pass the preliminary round; however, that was never the case. She had no memories to begin with. No, Hakuno was never human to start. Hakuno Kishinami is an NPC based on the real one that was cryogenically frozen due to her having a rare disease called Amnesia Syndrome, hence explaining her having no memories. She had none, to begin with.
The weakest Master with no memories, Hakuno Kishinami herself, had no wish for the Grail, only following their desire for survival. She didn’t want to die without doing anything, and that alone was enough to keep her going. So, for seven weeks, Hakuno fought and defeated Masters, who had dreams, wishes, and goals. All for the sake of wanting to live. For the sake of trying to find out who she was.
However, it was meaningless. In the end, Hakuno was only made of data.
Yet even still-- Even so--
Hakuno Kishinami was very much alive.
In the game's climax, Hakuno, along with their Servant and friend, reach the core of the Moon Cell and meet Twice H. Pieceman, who tries to convince the protagonist to use the Moon Cell to wish for the advancement of the human race through war. Hakuno refuses and defeats Twice's Servant Saver, killing Twice.
The world she knows is at a standstill. It cannot move forward or backward. The Earth is slowly killing itself. Hakuno Kishinami does not approve of this future, but does not hate it either. Yet it is not her place to decide for the people. It should be the responsibility of an era's inhabitants to determine its fate. Both Hakuno and Twice were simply relics of the past. They cannot decide for humanity.
As somebody who believes that the answer would come to you by moving forward, Hakuno Kishinami became the natural enemy of Leo B. Harwey and Twice H. Pieceman. Another factor in Hakuno's denial is simply because she does not have the right. She isn't a savior. She is a person who trampled down the dreams and wishes of other people for her own desire.
Upon entering the Moon Cell with her Servant, she was recognized as "invalid data." Still, they can use the Moon Cell to learn the truth about her true identity and send this information to Rin/Rani before being deleted.
Based on a cryogenically frozen human, Hakuno had no memory or sense of self. Their human counterpart was a resident of Japan in the year 2000 who suffered from Amnesia Syndrome, frozen to await treatment due to the death of Twice H. Pieceman. Even today, the real Hakuno Kishinami is frozen yet still alive.
These are the events that happened on the Near Side of the Moon. The course will remain the same, no matter what—seven weeks of fighting only to disappear into the Core of the Moon Cell.
Now for the fleeting dream with the sun that forever sets and a tree in full bloom. Where the Eye of God cannot reach the Far Side of the Moon.
Now, for the Far Side of the Moon events, a handful of Masters from the fifth week were either devoured or captured by BB and taken to the Far Side of the Moon—the hidden and dark side of the Moon Cell. Hakuno Kishinami was one of the four Masters who kept their Servants. However, only Hakuno and Leo were willing to try to escape the Far Side. Despite that, only Hakuno is available to roam the maze known as the Sakura Labyrinth, with her Servant Leo and Gawain serving as their ace.
Thus begins the birth of the Tsukimihara Student Council, with Leo as President and Hakuno as General Affairs Officer. Later, Rin and Rani are saved from their roles as Sentiels and added as Vice President and Treasurer for the Student Council, providing more backup for Hakuno as she explores the Labyrinth.
The goal was simple. Recover their memories of the Near Side and escape the Far Side to return to the Holy Grail War.
Despite it all, Hakuno's time on the Far Side was peaceful and fun. The people who were once her rivals were now her allies. Throughout all of the losses and goodbyes that Hakuno was forced to witness, she continued to move forward—being passed the torch by Leo, being saved by Julius, and being able to save her Servant.
Exposing maiden secrets, learning more about her Servants, chasing after BB, and stopping her. Events of the Far Side were chaotic, but Hakuno Kishinami can say with pride that those days filled her with so much pride. She learned much about others, herself, love, what it means to love and be in love, and what it means to give and receive love.
Even when faced against the final wall. Even when faced with the despair that they had failed, Hakuno Kishinami couldn't help but feel unsettled.
BB had already concluded them. She had already told humanity this was the end and that they would perish based on their desires and free will.
Hakuno refused such a conclusion. She refuses such an ending. If BB has decided that was the conclusion for the future, then Hakuno needs to change the present. After all, the concept of time doesn't exist on the Far Side of the Moon. With that, Hakuno rose from almost giving up and pushed onward, finally back to "herself," as her Servant would say. Her true nature is finally exposed.
Elizabeth, who assisted her in unlocking her servant's origin, asked Hakuno why she was doing this to stop BB. Hakuno replied that it was mostly for herself. She admits that saving the world doesn't sound right, especially when it's from her, a person who isn't even "alive" in the first place.
Hakuno Kishinami did not feel right on the Far Side. She was locked up in a cage. If there was an exit, if there was an outside world, she wanted to go out. It was as simple as that.
After all, Hakuno Kishinami isn't a messiah or a grand person.
After defeating BB and seizing control back from the Moon Cell, Hakuno returns to the Near Side and the Holy Grail War, with all memories of what happened to the Far Side gone, yet Hakuno couldn't help but feel like she was forgetting something. Still, no matter what, she must keep on pushing through.
Depending on which Servant Ending, Hakuno survives and does not get deleted by the Moon Cell, except Archer, whom she met up with again in the past and has a sense of familiarity with when meeting him.
If Hakuno decides to give Sakura a school uniform and starts hanging out with her more, the True Ending can become unlocked.
Hakuno decided to save Sakura; by saving Sakura, she also saved BB. Hakuno decided not to kill the Alteregos, instead sparing Passionlip and Meltlilith's lives.
The plot of the True End is still more or less the same as CCC, but instead of choosing to defeat BB, Hakuno decides to talk to her. Since Hakuno did not come to BB with any intention of fighting, BB backed down rather quickly and cut ties with the Moon Cell as per Hakuno's request. Why? Because Hakuno herself wants BB to stay as herself, as she can tell that the Moon Cell was slowly overriding itself with BB's personality.
However, before any solution is found, Hakuno, her Servant, and Sakura see BB get swallowed up by a dark void. The true mastermind behind the Far Side incident finally revealed herself. None other than Kiara Sessyion. Her goal is to access the Moon Cell to access every single human on Earth and give herself the ultimate pleasure. Kiara was the one who suggested to BB that humans should unleash their desires and ruin themselves, letting humanity destroy itself in pursuit of its desires.
To put it simply. Kiara wants to become God just so she can please herself.
After defeating Kiara, Sakura managed to take over the Moon Cell from trying to destroy humanity, resetting the Moon Cell of its bugs and errors. A system reset, but Hakuno and her Servant needed to reach the Near Side quickly, otherwise the reset would delete Hakuno and her Servants.
Hakuno and her Servant were saved by BB, who sacrificed themselves to prevent the Moon Cell from deleting them. A tearful farewell from BB/Sakura, who became a villain to save Hakuno. However, that was also not the only farewell Hakuno had to bid. With the firewall coming in closer, Hakuno's Servant pushed her out of the way. Saying that a Servant who had fallen from the Near Side to the Far Side could not return. They were dead, and having contact with Hakuno was their lifeline. Only Masters can come back.
After saying her farewell, Hakuno ran until she found a door. Probably to lead her back to the Near Side and return to the Holy Grail War, not without calling out for Sakura. Not caring about what would happen, Hakuno wants to take Sakura with her. She wanted to go together and escape the Far Side with her.
Then Sakura said something about a cheeky little cheat and if she would be upset, and before Hakuno knew what happened, she woke up on Earth with Sakura by her side. Sakura stated that she performed a big cheat that allowed her and Hakuno to gain bodies on Earth. They have no way to know what's happening on the Moon and who won the Holy Grail War in the first place. However, that doesn't matter.
No matter what happens, Hakuno can only continue to move forward. Especially now with Sakura by her side.
